  • 24 hours notice is required to make changes to your appointment otherwise you will be charged the full session fee.

    We can accommodate reschedules for the same week so you can use your charged appointment however this would depend entirely on your therapist’s availability and is not guaranteed.

    Missed appointments (no shows) will be charged the full session fee.

    Insurance companies do not reimburse for late or missed appointments. Cancellation fees for clients using insurance are the cost of session and not the copayment amount.

    Some EAPs offer coverage, please check with them about their policies.

  • A therapy hour, also known as therapy sessions, are 50 minutes in length

    ​Any other services: documentation, clinical letters, record preparation etc. or additional time requested are pro-rated at therapist's hourly rate.

  • An active credit card is required on file to process any balances on your account. Payments are due at the time of session. We have the right to cancel future sessions to avoid accruing debt in the event you are unable to clear a balance and we have not come to an agreement for repayment.

  • Under this law, you have the right to an estimate of expected charges prior to starting therapy. You can request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during treatment.

    Under the law, if you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate when received.

  • ​If you are traveling out of state please talk with your therapist to see if they have jurisdiction to practice in the state or country that you will be traveling to.

    Once you take care of yourself, please leave a message for your therapist so that we can schedule a session at our earliest.

  • Please ensure that you are sitting in a private space or have headphones on when attending from a public space.

    Please ensure that you are connected to a strong wifi connection so that we can conduct sessions without connection disruptions that can be avoided and planned for ahead of time.

    We ask that you remove any background filters from your computer screen.

    If you are in a car please ensure that the vehicle is parked and that you are attending alone.
