We are here to help you take care of you.
Welcome to our private practice. We are glad you found us and we look forward to working with you!
Therapy is for anyone who wants support, clarity, or a deeper understanding of themselves. You don’t have to be in crisis, or have everything figured out to begin. Sometimes, therapy is about navigating a difficult season in your life and other times it’s about breaking old patterns, strengthening relationships, building confidence, or simply creating space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. I like to say, it’s a place where you can expect to feel understood and feel empowered to do.
Wherever you are in your journey, therapy offers a space to feel heard without judgment, explore what matters most to you, and move toward meaningful change. You deserve support- not because there is something wrong with you, but because you shouldn’t have to navigate life alone.
“People can Live Better and improve their life experiences in spite of their circumstances. We have hope for everyone we work with and witness them grow and change as we begin to work together. This is the first step in your therapy journey- being hopeful for something better and working with a professional who believes in your ability to Live Better.”

Long term relationship,
Short term therapy
We are here to support you throughout your life as you may need us. Just like we need doctors to go to when we have physical needs, we need therapists to go to when we have mental health needs.
Consider us apart of your health care team.
When client's establish a therapeutic relationship with us at any point in their life, they benefit from continuity when they come back to us in other stages of their lives. Sometimes our client's return for a single session as needed while other's come back to us with a new life challenge and we resume sessions again.
