We are located in lower pacific heights in San Francisco. You can find us on the 3rd Floor at 2211 Post St, 94115. Once you have signed off on consent to start therapy (forms sent via our client portal) we will email you the code to access Suite 300, Room 310.
Please take a seat in the waiting room when you arrive. Help yourself to some water.
Bathrooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors. Bathrooms require a code to access (sent via email and also located on the right hand side of the wall prior to exiting the suite)

Where It All Began
Live Better was established in 2015 by Sahar Akhtar. We opened our first office in Frazer, PA and then expanded to University City Philadelphia in 2018. Our offices in Philadelphia are now closed as we moved to San Francisco in the summer of 2022. We continue to provide services to our clients in Pennsylvania by video.
