Therapy appointments are 50 minutes in length and cost $200 per session. Therapy with Marissa Kimmel costs $150. Payments are due at the time of session.
Insurance and EAP
If you have Lyra Health under your employment benefits you may use that to cover sessions. We are also in network with Aetna. If you have a different insurance please contact them to see if you can submit your receipts to receive reimbursement under your out of network plan. In some instances your insurance company can also do a single case agreement.
Cancellations and No Shows
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled outside of that window will be assessed full charge for the appointment. Missed appointments (also known as no shows) are also charged at our full rate. Please note that Lyra and Aetna do not cover cancellations. In the event you decide to cancel late or not show up for the time reserved for you,
you will be financially responsible to pay for your session. In such cases, copayments rates do not apply.
