Appointment
What is the best way to get in touch?
The best way to contact us is via the contact form or email. This avoids delays due to phone tag and overlaps with client appointments etc.
What if the therapist I want to work with is not accepting clients?
We don't maintain a waitlist but encourage you to reach out and check back with us for openings. We also keep our website updated with this information.
Can I make an appointment on behalf of my loved one?
It is not uncommon for loved ones to support clients in getting help. Please note the potential client needs to consent to therapy if they are 14 years+ and it is always best for the therapist to hear presenting concerns directly from the client. If you are reaching out on their behalf please provide their contact information so we can speak with them directly.

Insurance
I have Aetna, how much will it cost?
How much you owe us will depend on your insurance plan. You can get this information by calling Aetna member services at the back of your card. We recommend you do this also to ensure that your behavioral health plan is covered by them and that you have such benefits.
Can I use insurance if isn't with Aetna?
You can call member services at the back of your insurance card to find out what they would reimburse for out of network mental health outpatient psychotherapy. We can't guarantee reimbursement. Payments are due in full at the time of session. We will provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance with all the details they typically ask for. Check with your provider as to where you can send or upload these receipts. You can also look into using resources like Reimbursify
